Once you enter through the Middleton's 'Private Land' sign you will be greeted by a gravel road, suitable for both 2WD and 4WD. This road will wind a short distance further into the property to a large, open paddock called 'Top Flat'. 

Usually a grazing area for merino sheep, Top Flat is a large paddock with views in every direction. Set beneath Queenstown Hills summit, Top Flat has a feeling that you are 'in the view' versus just looking out at it.

The Queenstown Hill summit is at one end of the paddock and sweeping views down into the valley & across the Shotover River at the other end, making Top Flat one of the most stunning locations in all of Queenstown. 

Top Flat is an entirely flat paddock making it easily usable for various activity operators all at the same time!

To showcase the space, the paddock can easily fit 10 helicoptes, 10 Nomad Safaris 4WD vehicles, clay target shooting ranges, a marquee for lunch and multiple coaches - all at the same time with space to spare!
