Welcome to Queenstown Hill - the most accessible mountain peak in all of Queenstown and the perfect location for your next conference and incentive activities.

Hovering above the town centre, this private farm sits at just over 900 metres above sea level making it visible throughout all of Queenstown. Roughly 3000 acres, the Hill offers a playground of adventure and scenery from walking trails, quad biking, 4WD journeys and is home to the Queenstown Hill conference and incentive 'Choose Your Adventure' day!

The property was purchased in 1963 by Arnold and Isabelle Middleton who still reside there today. Established as a working farm for cattle then sheep, Queenstown Hill was also home for Arnold and Isabelle's four children.

Queenstown Hill operates as a sheep farm with a few thousand merino sheep on the land known for their wool quality and hardiness in a challenging environment.

Professional Rugby Player and son of Arnold and Isabelle, Kelvin Middleton and his wife Rachael have taken responsibility of Queenstown Hill along with their two daughters - who you can often see dirt biking around the property! 

In addition to sheep farming, they have adapted to the changing environment of Queenstown allowing limited tourism operators to play on their land, while also sharing the stunning scenery with the film industry.

Kelvin and Rachael have opened up the Hill to a few select tourism operators including Nomad Safaris who operate a 4WD journey to its peak and a Quad Biking trip across the land, and Break One Clay Target Shooting who operate a Professional Clay Target Shooting Range. 

The Queenstown C&I 'Choose Your Adventure Day' was recently established allowing access for private groups to enjoy.
